Hey Dorothy, Really love your video about self love and i agree with what you said. I didn't even realize that I wanted to hear this from anybody really. Im slowly trying to love myself more and more, and trying to accept parts of myself that I hated previously. Ive realized that one of the most important aspects of coming to love yourself is improving your health.
I've always had the boring 9-5 job and it kind of sucked the life out of me. I didn't have a proper bedtime and I would just eat whatever. It really ruined my self esteem without my realising. Now I've worked on making proper meals for myself and giving myself importance. I also take melatonin now so I can kind of build a sleep routine. I do sleep fairly well now. And overall I've started to feel much much better about myself.

Hey Stephanie I am so happy to read this post. We really do have to realize it is up to us to make us happy and healthy. Sometimes a little change in something we do daily can make a huge difference in how we feel and even think about things. When we think we don't want to hear something that might help us. it is more so because then we actually have to take action and do something. I look forward to reading more about how you are doing.
