Dear CNNC,
Honey, you should never have to starve yourself to lose weight. You especially should not have to throw it up - if you are actually doing this then the issue is more than just about losing weight. If you are throwing it up, or even thinking about it, you should bring this to the attention of someone close to you. All of us have dealt with body image issues at one time or another, but when it gets to the point that it threatens your physical health, it becomes more serious.

Huggz girl
There is enough information about eating disorders just in my forum alone sweety.
You are the only one that can stop doping this.
If you are seeking attention in doing this then you seriously need to talk to your therapist.
If you are doing it as a weight control strategy, I highly recommend that you take up exercising.
At 17, you have so much mental and physical energy and you have to start to expel it through positive avenues.
You know that you are treading thin ice by allowing this. You are way to intelligent to not know that.
Start reading more about this issue. There is even more information all over the net describing it and suggesting very good methods to overcome it.
It does mainly go back to you though.

You can do this.
A person can do just about anything that they want to do.
They just have to WANT it and JUST DO IT!!
Ignore all of the reasons and excuses that tend to want to take over you and say NO!
You have education and are well informed as to how unhealthy certain things are for you, start there. Get yourself on an exercise regiment. Start light, a 10 minute walk every day. Then after a week increase it. You will be surprised what the power of walking can do for ones mind.
But , as I said you have to want to do it!! Then you can do anything!!

Don't worry with extra weight and calories problem.. it's just solve with our own struggle.. its simply with green tea and exercise with routine.. because green tea reduce our calories and loss weight.. and if we add exercise in our daily routine then our weight reduce day by day. I think it's not difficult for any person.....its my own successful experience .. .

Never skip your meal, eat clean , natural and healthy diet. Preferably eat green veggies, drink more water. Skipping of meal isn't a good idea. Do regular exercise for fast losing weight. Cardio are best exercise plan for this problem.
