Hey girls hope everyone is doin good tonight! Well there is a really good program if any of you like to jog it's called the couch to 5k program and you just type that in to google and you'll find the web site pick to print and it'll print you out the schedule. It's to get you running 3 miles is two months. It takes it pretty easy and doesn't let you over do it. It's a definite try for anyone looking to get fit!! Tiff
